Cancellation Policy

At The LICE ANGELS, we value your time and strive to provide effective, timely service to every client. In order to maintain efficiency and fairness to all families we serve, the following cancellation policy is in effect: 📌 Cancellation Notice Requirement: Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance of their scheduled treatment. 💳 Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour window, 50% of the total treatment fee will be charged to the card on file. ❌ No Exceptions: Due to the high demand for appointments and limited availability, we do not offer exceptions to this policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 📞 How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our clinic directly at 361-698-9020 during business hours or send a message through your booking confirmation link.
